Navigate to Phone Lists page from your Messaging Home Page.
Click New Phone List in the top right corner.
This will open a new window. In the sidebar, select Labelled Contacts.
You can name your list under List Name.
Then choose which label(s) you want to include + exclude by clicking + Add Label.

- You can leave the include option blank if you want to include all contacts.
- The exclude label overrides the included label.
- You can include more than one label in either section!
Once you are ready to save your list, click Create and Close.
